Closing of Amenity Center for makeover!
To all residents and HOA boards,
The Amenity Center will be closed from February 20 through March 9 for a "makeover!" The WCID's have contributed funds for: re-staining of floors, painting the inside, replacing the floor in the gym and replacing the the two treadmills. New furniture will also be bought. However, in order for the floors to be re-stained and walls painted, the facility must be closed for several days. We anticipate two, maybe three weeks for all of the work to be done and completed. There will not be any parties scheduled during this time frame. The facility will be closed for business for this period, this includes the gym also. We will post notices at the Amenity Center and mail kiosks. Tara will be working from the main office at Goodwin during this time.
