Responsible for homeowner compliance with the communitys Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and appropriate municipal codes. The ARC meets on the 1st Monday of every month to review ARC applications.

Responsible for coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of all landscaping of the common areas, including lawn maintenance, irrigation, and lighting. Every month this committee will look at the yards throughout the neighborhood and determine who has the best looking yard. The winner of this award will receive a $25 gift certificate.
